Your guest list starts with a link
Someone asks to bring a colleague. Another guest sends their details in a message. You copy names into a list, check who belongs there and send tickets. A guest-list link brings those steps together in Usetix.
Share the link. Guests enter their name, email, optional company and number of companions on one page. They can do it on their phone, without creating an account.
You decide what happens next:
- Confirm immediately: a valid signup sends the complimentary QR tickets by email.
- Review first: check the name, company and party size, then click Approve & send tickets. You can also decline a request.
Each person gets their own QR ticket, including companions. At the door, your team uses the existing Usetix scanner and guest list.
Set a companion limit and the number of places available through the link. Pending requests reserve no places; approval checks the actual ticket inventory too. When you have enough signups, switch off Enable signup link and save. Existing requests and tickets remain available.
Open Guest list → Signup link on your event to set it up. Signup links support general admission and standing tickets. Numbered seats continue through the manual guest-list picker.
The same workflow is available through the API, CLI, AI assistant and MCP. Configure a link, list requests and approve them from the tools you already use.
