Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Usetix costs 1 EUR net per sold ticket; standard Stripe or PayPal processing fees are separate. For PayPal sales, the Usetix fee is funded before checkout through Usetix Credit.

Can I offer free tickets?

Yes! Free tickets don't incur any Usetix fees. You only pay when money changes hands.

What payment methods are supported?

Through Stripe, you can accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many local payment methods. PayPal is available after you connect it and fund Usetix Credit.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes! You can connect your own domain to your ticket shop for a seamless brand experience. Your customers will see your URL, not ours.

What happens if I need to cancel an event?

You can process refunds directly from your dashboard with a few clicks. Refunds go back through the original payment method automatically.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on servers in Germany. We are fully GDPR compliant and take data privacy seriously. Your data and your attendees' data is handled with care.
