Know when your guests arrive

A ticket total tells you how many people booked. The new Admission & arrivals report shows when they came through the door.

Example using demo data: 417 of 1,000 admissions checked in at 22:30. The busiest 15-minute interval contains 57 arrivals.

Open an event and scroll below Sales. You will see the redemption rate, check-ins, outstanding admissions and a chart of arrivals throughout the evening. The busiest interval helps you spot the rush at a glance.

During the event, a red LIVE tag marks the report and the visible page updates every 30 seconds. After the event, the curve stays available. When you plan the next night, you can look back at when arrivals actually peaked and use that history to plan your door team.

Guest-list admissions and individual group members count too. Accepted offline scans appear at their original scan time once synchronized. The report records ticket check-ins; it does not track departures or forecast future attendance.

The same numbers and intervals are available through the API, CLI, built-in assistant and MCP.
