Scheduled Tickets: Early Bird That Switches Itself Off

You set up an early-bird ticket. It’s cheaper, it’s meant to close on June 15, and General Admission takes over after. Until now that meant a calendar reminder to log in at midnight, hide one ticket, unhide the other — and hope you were on time.

Not anymore. Every ticket can now carry an availability window.

Two dates, that’s it

Each ticket has an optional Available from and Available until. Outside that window it’s simply not in your shop, and it can’t be bought. Leave a field blank and there’s no bound on that side; leave both blank and nothing changes — the ticket is always available, exactly like today.

The handoff that runs itself

Create an Early Bird (priced low) with Available until June 15, 00:00, and a General Admission (full price) with Available from June 15, 00:00.

Before the cutoff, your shop shows only Early Bird. The moment the clock crosses June 15, Early Bird disappears and General Admission appears — same instant, no overlap, no button to press. It works the same for standard and group tickets, and the times follow your event’s venue timezone, so midnight means midnight where your event is.

Set it in two clicks — or just ask

Open any ticket in the admin and fill in the dates. Or tell the in-app assistant: “Make Early Bird available until June 15 and General Admission from June 15.” Done.

It’s live for every account now. Full guide: Scheduled tickets.
