Your event is live. The next job is not adding more settings; it is putting a clear ticket link in front of the right people.

Start with one destination

Share the direct event page when a post, story, or message is about one event. Share the shop homepage when visitors should browse your full lineup. Keep the call to action simple: Tickets, Book now, or Join us.

Put the link where your audience already pays attention:

  • Instagram or TikTok bio and stories
  • WhatsApp or Telegram groups
  • Artist, venue, and partner channels
  • Your newsletter and website

Sell on your own website

Use the ticket embed to place ticket selection directly on your site. Buyers choose tickets there and continue through the hosted Usetix checkout, so payments, invoices, legal consent, and delivery stay in one reliable flow.

Add UTM parameters or ref to links for stories, newsletters, artists, and partners. Usetix Analytics then shows which sources brought visitors and orders without requiring a cookie banner for this first-touch attribution.

Use promo codes with a purpose

Promo codes work well for a limited launch, an artist community, or a partner campaign. Give each audience its own code instead of publishing one permanent discount everywhere.

Check the path yourself

Open the event page on a phone and continue to checkout. Confirm the ticket names, totals, fees, required questions, and legal consent. If you place a real paid test order, remember that it is a real payment and handle any refund through Usetix.

Once orders arrive, use Analytics to compare visitors, checkout starts, purchases, sources, and revenue. Improve the weakest step instead of changing everything at once.

Next: Prepare for the event day.
