Your event work, on one shared board
Book the photographer. Brief the entrance team. Get the artwork approved. There is plenty to do around an event besides selling tickets. You can now keep that work in Usetix too.
Tasks gives your team one shared board with three columns: Open, In progress and Done. Create a card with just a title, assign someone and move it as the work progresses. Everyone sees changes live.
An event when you need one
Link a task to an event, or leave it without an event for work across your organization. Filter by event or person to find what matters now. External co-organizers see only tasks for their assigned events.
Open a card to add a due date, write a description or discuss the details. Descriptions and comments support formatting, images and private files. Close the dialog and you are back where you were on the board.
A few keys, less clicking
Use 1, 2 or 3 to choose a column, the arrows to navigate and Enter to open a task. Space selects a card for moving with the arrow keys. N creates a task in the selected column. Drag and drop works too.
Hide completed tasks to clear your view, or archive them for the whole team. Their discussion and files stay available, and you can restore them later.
The same tasks through your tools
Ask the Usetix assistant to create tasks, assign people, move cards or add comments. You can attach a file to your message and ask the assistant to add it to a task.
The board is also available through the Admin API, MCP and the Usetix CLI, with the same access rules. From the terminal, try usetix tasks list or usetix tasks create --title "Brief the entrance team".
Open Tasks in your sidebar to start. Read the task guide, including CLI and API examples.
