The AI Agent now runs your back office

Two days ago we introduced the AI Agent — a built-in assistant that answers questions about your account. That was just the beginning.

The agent can now do things, not just answer questions. It went from a helpful colleague to a full back-office operator.

What’s new

Create and manage events from chat. Describe your event and the agent builds it — title, description, ticket tiers, FAQs, the works. Need to update the date or add another ticket type later? Just say so.

Upload a flyer, get an event. Send an image of your event poster and the agent extracts the details — name, date, venue, lineup, prices — and creates the event for you. No manual data entry.

Manage your venues. Add new venues, update addresses, or check which venues you have set up. The agent handles it.

Set up your legal pages. Imprint, privacy policy, terms of service — the agent drafts them in your language and saves them to your account. One less thing to worry about before going live.

Track your business. Ask for a sales summary, revenue report, or customer insights. The agent pulls real numbers from your account and gives you clear answers — no dashboards to navigate.

Configure your account. Update your account settings without hunting through menus. Tell the agent what you need changed.

The full toolkit

The agent now has 13 specialized tools at its disposal:

  • Events — create, update, publish, list
  • Tickets — add, modify, and manage ticket types per event
  • FAQs — create and edit event FAQs
  • Venues — add and manage your locations
  • Legal — draft and update imprint, privacy policy, and terms
  • Sales — summaries, revenue reports, order lookup, customer insights
  • Account — view and update your settings

Everything works in German and English, following your account’s language setting.

Same principles

Nothing changed about how we handle your data. The agent only sees your account. Nothing leaves your dashboard. No data is used for training. Full GDPR compliance, as always.
