March Update: Redesigned Shop, Apple Wallet Notifications & Automated Backups

We’ve shipped over 100 improvements since our last update. Here’s what’s new.

Redesigned Shop & Event Pages

Your ticket shop got a complete visual overhaul. Event pages now feature full-bleed hero sections, ticket rows styled as clean stacked cards, and a sticky checkout bar that follows your attendees as they scroll. We’ve also added structured FAQ sections to events, downloadable documents for things like venue maps or terms, and rich text support for ticket descriptions. The result is a modern, polished storefront that looks great on every device.

Apple Wallet Push Notifications

When you update an event — say, a venue change or a new start time — your attendees now get an instant push notification on their iPhone or Apple Watch. This works automatically for anyone who added their ticket to Apple Wallet. No extra setup required on your end. Your attendees always have the latest information, right on their lock screen.

Smarter Checkout

Returning customers now breeze through checkout. If someone has bought from you before, we recognize them and skip the fields they’ve already filled in. We’ve also optimized the overall checkout flow for better conversion — fewer steps, faster payments, more sales.

Purchase Recovery

Lost a confirmation email? No problem. We’ve added a self-service purchase recovery flow. Your customers can request a magic link to instantly access their order and tickets — no support ticket needed. This means fewer “where are my tickets?” emails for you and a better experience for your attendees.

Revamped Dashboard

The admin dashboard now features a Shopify-style tabbed KPI component with an interactive revenue chart. Switch between calendar periods — this week, this month, this quarter — to see your numbers at a glance. The sales breakdown shows you exactly which events and ticket types are driving revenue.

Beautiful New Emails

All transactional emails — order confirmations, ticket deliveries, magic links — have been redesigned with clean, professional templates. They look great in every email client and are consistent with your brand.

Rock-Solid Data Protection

Your event data, orders, and customer information are continuously backed up and protected by multiple layers of redundancy. We take the safety of your data seriously — it’s always there when you need it.

Security & Reliability

We’ve continued to strengthen the platform’s security and reliability. Payment verification has been tightened, safeguards prevent accidental data loss, and we’ve improved input validation across the admin area. Your platform keeps getting more robust with every release.

Under the Hood

Dozens of smaller improvements add up: better admin UI with improved icons and button transitions, a more polished sidebar, mobile-friendly tabs, automated monthly invoice generation, and dark mode fixes after page navigation. Every detail matters.
