February Update: Search, Dashboard & Dark Mode

A lot has happened since our last update. Over the past few weeks, we’ve shipped over 50 improvements to Usetix. Here’s what’s new.

Find Anything, Instantly

We’ve added a universal search to Usetix. Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) from anywhere in the admin area, and you can instantly find orders, customers, and events. No more clicking through pages to find that one order or look up a customer by name. Just type and go.

This is especially helpful when you’re handling support requests or checking on a specific booking during a busy event day.

A Fresh Dashboard

The admin dashboard has been completely redesigned. It now gives you a clear overview of your key numbers at a glance: recent sales, active events, and account status. The sidebar navigation has been simplified too, so you spend less time clicking and more time managing your events.

We’ve also improved how your account status is displayed. Whether your shop is live, paused, or still in draft mode, you’ll always know exactly where things stand.

Dark Mode

Usetix now supports both light and dark color schemes. The interface automatically adapts to your system preferences. If you’ve set your device to dark mode, Usetix will follow along. This makes late-night event prep a lot easier on the eyes.

Smoother Checkout

We’ve refined the checkout experience for your attendees. The payment flow is now more reliable and responsive. Behind the scenes, we’ve also improved how PayPal and card payments work together, so your customers always get a smooth purchase experience regardless of which payment method they choose.

Better Settings, Better Overview

The settings area has been reorganized. Everything from branding to legal information to payment setup is now easier to find. No more jumping between tabs to locate the option you need.

Under the Hood

We’ve also made dozens of stability and reliability improvements that you won’t see directly but will feel in everyday use: faster error recovery, improved email delivery, and better handling of edge cases across the platform.
