Usetix can send shop and purchase events to your own Google, Meta, and TikTok properties. The integrations use your identifiers, load only after a visitor grants Marketing consent, and work across the hosted shop, event pages, ticket embeds, and checkout.

Use Usetix Analytics for first-party reporting. Add external tracking when you also need campaign optimization, retargeting, or reporting inside an advertising platform.

Connect a platform

Open Settings → Shop → Analytics and enter only the identifiers you use:

Setting Format Purpose
Google Analytics measurement ID G-XXXXXXXXXX Sends GA4 ecommerce and page events.
Google Ads conversion ID AW-123456789 Loads your Google Ads destination.
Google Ads purchase label Provider-issued label Sends a dedicated purchase conversion to AW-ID/LABEL; requires the conversion ID.
Meta Pixel ID Digits only Adds a standalone browser-side Meta Pixel without connecting an ad account.
TikTok Pixel ID Provider-issued uppercase ID Sends standard TikTok browser events.

Save the settings, open the public shop in a fresh private browser window, and make a consent choice. Tags are not requested before Marketing is granted.

If you use Usetix’s connected Meta advertising account, its selected dataset continues to support browser Pixel plus Conversions API delivery. A manually entered Meta Pixel ID is useful for an additional browser-only pixel and does not create an advertising connection.

Events Usetix sends

Shop action Google Meta TikTok
Page loaded page_view PageView PageView
Event viewed view_item ViewContent ViewContent
Checkout opened begin_checkout InitiateCheckout InitiateCheckout
Ticket added add_to_cart AddToCart AddToCart
Paid order completed purchase plus optional Ads conversion Purchase CompletePayment

Purchase events include the order transaction ID, value, currency, and relevant event or ticket identifiers. Usetix suppresses a repeated purchase event in the same browser session when the confirmation page is reloaded. Advertising platforms can still apply their own attribution and deduplication rules.

  • No external marketing script loads before Marketing consent.
  • Visitors can grant Analytics and Marketing independently.
  • Withdrawing Marketing consent deletes the known Google, Meta, and TikTok browser cookies Usetix can address and stops future marketing events.
  • A purchase is sent only when the order carries valid marketing consent from its checkout journey.
  • UTM and ref attribution remains available without loading an external marketing tag.

Consent-aware loading is a technical safeguard, not a substitute for your own legal review. Name the providers you enable in your privacy notice, confirm your lawful basis and data-processing terms, and verify requirements for the countries where you sell.

Test the setup

  1. Use a private browser window so an earlier consent decision does not hide the banner.
  2. Before accepting Marketing, confirm that no Google, Meta, or TikTok tag request appears in the browser network panel.
  3. Accept Marketing and reload or navigate to an event. Confirm the page and view events with the provider’s own debugging tool.
  4. Add a ticket and inspect the cart event.
  5. Use a real low-value order only if you need to verify purchase attribution; it creates a real payment and ticket.
  6. Withdraw Marketing consent from the consent settings and confirm that later navigation emits no new marketing event.

Provider dashboards can take time to display live traffic. Browser privacy features and content blockers can also suppress third-party requests even after consent.

API and AI automation

The authenticated Analytics settings API exposes and updates all five tracking fields. The built-in assistant and MCP use the account_settings tool with the same field names. Send an empty string to remove an identifier. The assistant distinguishes this browser-level Marketing consent from the separate checkout checkbox for permission to send marketing email, and it will not invent provider IDs or conversion labels.
