Built for the door
The scanner app is made for organizers, box offices, and door teams already using Usetix. Pair the device with a scanner access, choose the event, load the ticket data, and start checking tickets by QR code.
Every scan shows the ticket status immediately, so staff can move quickly without digging through the admin dashboard.
Ready for imperfect venue networks
Event Wi-Fi is not always graceful. Mobile reception can be crowded, basement doors can be unfriendly, and the busiest moment is rarely the moment you want to debug a connection.
Usetix Scanner is designed around that reality. Event data can live on the device before doors open, and if the connection drops for a short time, the team can keep working with previously loaded ticket data. Redemptions are synced back to Usetix when the connection returns.
Same Usetix, cleaner event-day setup
The app uses the same scanner access model as Usetix, so it fits into the account and event workflow you already know. Create the event, sell tickets, prepare scanner access, pair the device, and hand it to the door team.
